MTD Alpha-4.0: Better dialogue , Less stupid AI, Polished stealth


4.0 is out now!

This one's a pretty big one! Some big design fixes and a revamped dialogue system

the biggest changes/fixes:

-dialogue system has been revamped to focus more or narrative... well, dialogue!. Now it's less Morrowind, more New Vegas, allowing DB's personality to shine w/ out the need for voice acting, and letting the player roleplay as them in the dialogue itself. Try talking to Tim again ;)

-enemy and ally AI is now less stupid, less prone to buggy chaos, a bit more tactical etc. Cops walk to get a clear shot instead of just shooting at the wall, the punks back up to try to lure the pigs out around corners, instead of, well, just shooting at the wall, etc

-sound now carries a reasonable length instead of echoing across the multiverse and causing the end times

-Stealth is now not only a more viable option, but a really useful asset

-a little bit more progress on the second level, but it's still far from finished, as I've been focusing most the develop time so far in fixing the major issues and bug - for instance, all the one's I mentioned that were fixed above
