Mixtape Delinquents: Dev Going Forward


Hey y'all

by the version of Alpha Demo V5.4, MTD now has two new NPC classes (masc and femme "normie" NPCs),  a couple useful NPCs with dialog (including one you can bribe for a terminal password), dialog for the regular "punk" NPC class, a unique NPC class for the character Lance, several new bits of polish, the beginning of the home levels and the first little tease of the mall level and probably other stuff im not thinking of rn (Oh yeah, also you can't save after dying or on the main menu anymore lol.)

But I wanna let everyone know what the plan is: For a while to come, I wanna polish and add to the two "finished" levels to make them as close to my vision for the final game as possible. The new NPC classes are ofc a big step forward, as it the WIP home of DB and their friends, and there's more to come on this path forward

Some of the bigger "to-do's" on the immediate list rn:

  • Create classes for Kandi, Alice and Toby
  • Create Generic "fursplicer" class
  • Create missing Diary Entries (for key parts of the story that are currently missing)
  • Create Intro Dialog Sequence
  • Create Character Portrait for DB, with three damage stages, "Doom " style
  • Create Aerocorp advert FMV
  • Finish modelling out home in Blender
  • Create and finalize the first home sequence
  • Populate the world with more NPCs
  • Flesh out the execution of the narrative

Im gonna be honest, the latest version is a bit under construction (not that this demo was ever NOT under construction) but it'll give you a much better idea of what the final game will entail
